📋 About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Asian Cuisine Chef with deep knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing authentic dishes from various Asian culinary traditions (e.g., Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, or Vietnamese). The ideal candidate is passionate about traditional flavours, cooking techniques, and delivering exceptional dishes that celebrate the rich diversity of Asian cuisine.

🛂 Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Asian cuisine chef in a professional kitchen

• Expertise in one or more regional Asian cuisines

• Strong understanding of traditional ingredients, spices, and techniques

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Flexibility, creativity, and a commitment to quality

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality Asian dishes using authentic ingredients and methods

• Develop and update menu items based on seasonal availability and customer preferences

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen

• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure timely preparation and service

• Control food costs and manage inventory efficiently
