Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook authentic Sri Lankan and Indian dishes to consistently high standards

Ensure excellent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control

Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations

Collaborate with management to design and update seasonal and regional menus

Train and mentor kitchen staff in traditional recipes and cooking techniques

Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and proper storage

Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while meeting service demands
Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience, specialising in Sri Lankan and Indian cuisine

In-depth knowledge of traditional spices, ingredients, and cooking methods

Strong understanding of authentic presentation styles and flavour balance

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Strong teamwork and communication skills
